FOOTBALL.

The match between the drapery and grocery employees and tbe College team, which took plaoe in the Botanical Reserve yesterday afternoon, resulted in a win for the Collegians by 8 points to love. The game attracted a good many spectators, who were at times treated to some very interesting play. The passing of the winning team in the first spell was first olaBS, and oompletely nonplussed the other side, some of whom seemed a bit scared at the quickness of their opponents. However, they buekled-to right merrily in the second half, and their determined efforts to score flurried the College a good deal, and the baok play of the latter became very bad indeed, the passing especially so. In the first half the College scored 5 points, and in the second they registered another goal.
