Mr Pitt appeared for the Company, |n$ Mr Veil forEuiley. Counsel having.stated that the case could probably be settled out of Court, an adjournment was taken, and on resumingl it was announced that a settlement bad been arrived at. BaNKBWTOY.. •;- The Deputy Offioial Assignee asked for sa order releasing him in the following bankrupt estates :—J. Burcb, G. W. Pahl, J. Kinzett, J. Kinzett and Wm. Mollison, J. F. Pahl, W. and J. H. BeHany, Thomas Harley, John Eareten, Thomas Gowley, John Golding, James. Coffey, Edward Fairey, Frederkk Main, Edward Ball, J*mes Hollyman, Fredk. Flann, and James Wbiteman. His Honor made an order as prayed. . - a Be James Patohing.—Mr Harper applied for an order of discharge, and as the report of the Trustee was favorable, his Honor granted the bankrupt's discharge, the workmen to certify that they are satisfied at the withdrawal of their claims. Re Nannie Galloway Donald.—Mr Harpar appeared in support of a similar application in this case, but as the bankrupt was not present for examination, his Honor ad journal i the application till Monday next. Re the Murchisen United Goldarining Com* pany, limited in liquidation.—Mr Fell applied to settle the list of contributories. Mr Pitt appsared on behalf of Messrs Wilkin* and Field, creditors, to ask that their claim, which bad been disallowed by the liquidator, might bs pat on the list of creditors. Tha claim £32 was partly far goods Bupplied to the Comstock Company, out of which the present company had been formed. His Honor disallowed the claim, but made the order as prayed settling the list of contributors. Re Wakatu TJnitad Goldmiaing Company, limited, in liquidation.—Mr Fell applied for the settlement of a list of contributors in this Company. Eis Honor settled the list, and the Court adjourned,
