Sib,—l think there waß a great deal of reason in what Mr. Leveotam said on Saturday at the election of members of the Local Committee of Education. There is now no test as to whether the persons who rote at these elections are or are not ratepayer*. Could not the election! be conducted in tbe sum* manner as those for members of the Board of Works P The present system of electing members of the Education Committee is not sotisi'actory, and ought ipeediiy to be altered.—l am, &0,,
