A CORRECTION.
To the Editor of the Colonist. SlB, —In your isßue of Friday last, among the Hat of cases disposed of at the Magistrates' Court on the 7th instant, there appears, " Harley Brothers v. J. G-arrard, a olaim for £13, balance of an account for beer and casks." Believing I am the only one of th»t name in Nelson, and knowing that no such acoount ever existed between Harley Brothers and rtyself, I should feel obliged if you would in your next issue publish, in conjunction with this letter, the name and address in full of the defendant in the above case. I am, &c, Joseph Gabbabd. Haven-road, May 10th, 1873. [The defendant's name should have appeared as J. Garrod, who is described as a publican and seaman, residing at Havelock.]
