August 27,1869. 1237 NOTICE is hereby given, that the PAETNERSHIP for "some time past subsisting between us the undersigned, JOHN MOUTRAY, and JOHN HARRISON" BARCLAY, under tbe style or firm of MOUTRAY and BARCLAY, as Engineers, Iron and Brass Founders, in the City of Nelson, in tho Colony of New Zealand, was this day DISSOLVED by MUTUAL CONSENT, and that the business will henceforth be CARRIED ON by the said JOHN MOUTRAY alone, and in his name, and that the said JOHN MOUTRAY is authorised to DISCHARGE ALL DEBTS, and receive all credit on accotinfc of the said partnership.
