IN" accordance with the " Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858," every occupier of any Land or Tenement, and every owner of amy unoccupied Land or Tenement, or his Agent is required, within one CALENDER MONTH from this date, TO SEND IN to the Secretary of the Board, a STATEMENT in writing of the quantity and nature of the Lands and Tenements owned or occupied by such person within the District, together with the names of the owners and occupiers (if any) thereof, and the estimated value thereof to sell ; and no person who shall NEGLECT or FAIL to make such return Bhall be entitled to appeal against the assessment. The Board also desires to GIVE NOTICE that it has taken steps to have the whole of the RATEABLE PROPERTY in the District RE-ASSESSED. By order of the Board, HENRY ALEX. TARRANT, Secretary.
