We quote Hennessy's brandy at 9s. 6d.; 0.V.P., Bs. 3d. to Bs. 6d.; Hennessy's case D.P., 565.; J.D.K.Z. geneva, 565.,t0 585.; Tennant's ale may be quoted at 155.; Blood's stout at 14s. 3d. to 14s. 6d. Condensed milk is fully Is. per doz., and scarce. Kerosene, plentiful, at 3s. 6d." Candles, prices unaltered. In oilmen's stores the market is well supplied, and little business doing." Bran, Is. lOd. to Is. lid.; butter, very scarce, Is. 4d. main quote, but Is. 6d. very prime. There is no colonial cheese in the market, and Is. 3|d. is asked for good English. Flouf —Hart's, £18, holders refusing to sell under ; provincial, £15 to £15 10s. Kerosene may be quoted at 3s. 6d. to 3s. 9d. Mr. Todd reports the following eales: —On Wednesday, 4th, ex Jupiter, from Lyttelton—Potatoes, £6 7s. 6d,; bran, Is. lid.; carrots, £8 55.; oats, 4s. sd. to 4s. 6d. Saturday, 7th, ex Jane, from Nelson —Entire cargo of potatoes, £6 55.; Miners' Arms Hotel, Waimea, £45. Monday, 9th, ex Banshe—Oats, 4s. 6d.; Otago flour, £14 10s. to £15. At sheds—Oranges, 155.; onions, £27 to £30 per ton. Saturday, 14th—Horses, £17 10s. to £35 each; tip drays, £17 10s. to £17 155.; pigs, harness, &c, good prices. Sales in mart—Cheese, inferior, B£d.; bacon, 9d.; jams, 95.; onions, 3|d.; raisins, 5d.; oats, 4s. 6d.; kerosene, 3s. 6d.; biscuit, 7£d.; furniture and groceries brought advanced rates."
