"IVrOTICE is hereby given that an ExtraJLI ordinary General MEETING of the Shareholders in this Company will be held at the Trafalgar Hotel, Nelson, on FRIDAY, the 28th July, at 7 o'clock p.m. next, to confirm the following Resolution, passed at a meeting of Shareholders held on the 15th May last :— '• That it is oxpedieut and desirable to wind up the Nelson and Marlborough Steam Steam.Navigation (limited) with all convenient speed." IN consequence of au OBJECTION hav^ ing been raised by a gentleman representing two absentee Shareholders, that the notice of the Meeting he'd on the 12th instant was informal, the Directors of this Company deem it advisable to call a MEETING de novo for the above purpose, when they particularly invite a full attendance of the Shareholders. A Van starts from Ranzatt for Nelson daily, at 930, a.m., calling at the various hotels, and starting on return from town at 4, p.m. Seats booked at Royal, Trafalgar, and Commercial Hotels. TOSEPH EDWARDS begs to acknowtl ledge the kind patronage bestowed upon him while occupying his late house (she Prince Albert Hotel), and would call attention to his having REMOVED to the above premises in Collingwood-street, where he trusts to receive a continuance of that liberal support -which it will always be his endeavor to deserfe, by keeping articles only of the very choicest descriptions, combined with attention and care for the requirements of those who may favor him with their support. NOTICE is hereby given that Courts for the REVISION of the ELECTORAL ROLLS for the undermentioned Electoral Districts, in the Piovince of Nelson, will be held at the times and places hereinafter specified : — MOTUEKA, At the Institute, Motueka, on FRIDAY, the 21st day of July next, at nine o'clock in the Forenoon ; COLLINGWOOD, At the Courthouse, Collingwood, on MONDAY, the 24th day of July next, at nine o'clock in the Forenoon, or in case the Revising Officer shall not have arrived at Collingwood, then immediately after the arrival of the steamer. The Revising Officer calls attention to those portions of Section 22 of " The Registration of Electors Act, 1858," which direct him to expunge from the Roll the names of persons, the nature or description of whose qualification shall not be sufficiently described on the List of Voters for the purpose of being identified. The number of the section and square on the plan of the district in which the qualification lies, should be supplied in each case. 13 ELECTORAL REVISION, 1865-6. mHE REVISION COURT for the CITY X of NELSON stands ADJOURNED to FRIDAY, the 7th day of July next, at the Courthouse, Nelson, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon. In the cases of the several under-named persons on the List of Voters, now undergoing revison, the nature and description of the qualification is insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, and the NAMES will be EXPUNGED from the List, unless in each case the necessary information is supplied to the Revising Officer, or to John Shaep, Esq., the Registration Officer, before the close of the revision on the above-mentioned day.
