The Revising Officer calls attention to those portions of Section 22 of " The Registration of Electors Act, 1858," which direct him to expunge from the Roll the names of persons, the nature or description of whose qualification shall not be sufficiently described on the List of Voters for the purpose of being identified. The number of the section and square on the plan of the district in which the qualification lies, should be supplied in each case. 13 ELECTORAL REVISION, 1865-6. mHE REVISION COURT for the CITY X of NELSON stands ADJOURNED to FRIDAY, the 7th day of July next, at the Courthouse, Nelson, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon. In the cases of the several under-named persons on the List of Voters, now undergoing revison, the nature and description of the qualification is insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, and the NAMES will be EXPUNGED from the List, unless in each case the necessary information is supplied to the Revising Officer, or to John Shaep, Esq., the Registration Officer, before the close of the revision on the above-mentioned day.
