CONSENT GRANTED
LAND SALES COMMITTEE DECISION Mr S. S. Preston, who appeared for the case before the Land Sales Committee in which Mr J. T. Leaman sought the consent of the Board to sell his property of 637 acres at Wharc-puhunga, has received the decision of the Board. The Board has consented to the sale provided that the price is reduced from £3503 10s to £3250. The Crown valuation was £2745.
