Miss M. Ford, supervisor of infant work in Auckland Education Board district, is at present in Te Awamutu district in connection with the new number work for infant classes of the schools. Word has been received in Te Awamutu from Driver Fred Stapleton, who is on active service in the Pacific. He states that he is fit and well and sends best wishes to all his friends in Te Awamutu.
