APPRECIATION

POWER BOARD MEMBERS. LETTERS TO BE SENT. At the monthly meeting of the Te AW'amutu Power Board on Friday Mr J. G. Sutherland moved that a letter of appreciation be sent, an' 1 that it be recorded on the minutes to Mr J. B. Teasdale, who had retired, and to Mr W. J- North and Mr J. C. Montefiore, for services rendered during the period they had been members of the Board. The chairman seconded the motion, saying that Mi- Teasdale had done his best, Mr North was a good solid member, and Mi- Montefiore was seen at his best on the Board. He had been a most useful member, courteous to the chair- and possessed of good, sound ideas which gave food for thought. The motion was carried unanimously.
