BADMINTON AND PING=PONG

THE PUKEATUA CLUB. On Friday evening last the Pukeatua Badminton and Ping-Pong Club entertained the members of the Puketurua Ping-Pong Club. Games of pingpong were played during the evening, the majority of the contests being won by Pukeatua. Badminton games were in progress at the same time/ and a spirit of merriment and friendliness prevailed throughout. A delightful supper was served by the lady members of the home Club, after which speeches were made by Messrs Callaghan and Peters on behalf of both Clubs.
