SCHOOL COMMITTEES

MEETINGS OF HOUSEHOLDERS

The following committees were elected at meetings of householders on Monday night:— Waihou: Messrs D. Lewis (chairamn and secretary), W. R. Johnson, A. Crague, G. P. Goodfellow, A. Hill, PI. Todd and W. Woolley. Elstow: Messrs Dale (chairman), PI. W. Blackford, J. Blackford, A. Wilson and S. Campbell.

Te Aroha West: The old committee continues in office.

Springdale: Messrs A. J. Fagan (chairman), P. G. Denton (secretary and treasurer), A. Foster, J. Werder and B. Duffell. There was an attendance of 24, including six ladies, at the householders meeting. The financial statement showed a credit balance of about £7.
