MORRINSVILLE ROVERS V WAITOA
A fast even game was witnessed at Waitoa, when the local team met the Morrinsville Rovers. It was confidently expected that the Waitoa men would make the fancied team go the whole distance, and this eventuated, the Rovers only winning by the odd goal, the scores being Morrinsville Rovers 2, Waitoa 1, The following is the positions of the clubs to date :
A match between the Piako Hockey Representatives and the Thames Association will be played on the Te Arolui ground on June 3rd for which an advertisement appears in this issue.
