PREPARATIONS FOR FLOODING
Westport, March 2. All efforts at the Millerton Mine are being concentrated in blocking up the outlet preparatory to flooding the mine. Scarcely any water is available, but should rain occur efforts will be made in the direction indicated The average output lately was 24,000 tons per month.
