WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.
Donedin, February 2. At the Wesleyan Conference, ifc was re solved that those trusts in arrears with contributions towards the expense of the model deed be allowed till * March 31sb next to make payment. After that date the amount will be made a levy on the circuit income. It was decided that the levy for children's fund for 1889 be sixteen per cent. 'The income for the- Homo Mission fund for the year was reported as £2,513. This included a bequest from " a friend of missions " of £200, and a similar bequest to the Foreign Mission fund was reported. At the Wesleyan Conference, an application from Oamaru trustees for special relief through 'the loan fund was read. It was resolved that the Conference recommend trustees to put their case before the Loan Fund Committee, and commend the matter to the favourable consideration of the Committee. The report and balancesheet of Three Kings College was adopted. The Rev. A. Reid was appointed principal. The third reading ot stations will be taken by the Conference as the first business on Monday.
