THE TICHBORNE CLAIMANT. He Arrives in America for the Purpose of Lecturing.

New York, June 3.— Arthur Orton, "Sir Roger Charles Doughty Tichborne," as he is pleased te call himself, and " the claimant,''as he is known to the people of Great Britain, arrived in the city on Monday on the steamer Nevada, under the quiet cogno* men, " Mr R. Tichborne." He visits this* country to deliver lectures on his case. He will go more fully into the details of what he calls "English injustice " than his ticket-of-leave would permit him in England. A Bowery mu&eum manager has said that he would he willing to give "Sir Koger" $200 a week to pose in his establishment.
