THE SUBMARINNE RAID.
VERY LITTLE DAMAGE
LONDON, February 17
the submarine attack on Dover did very slight material damage. Appaiently the boat fired at random. Several shells whistled harmlessly over the town, while others became embedded in the ground, causing no casualties. The remainder hit houses in the locality occupied by the poor.
