ANOTHER INCIDENT. » MADRID, Feb 14. Admii-alty wireless. —German submarines boarded boats containing Cefferinos, whom they rescued and landed on the island of Hierfo. They demanded the delivery of two Germans who were domiciled in the town. The mayor replied that they were interned at Tenerifife The Mayor and another official were conveyed aboard a submarine as hostages. They, -were liberated when the internment was confirmed. GERMANY'S INSULTING REPLY. LONDON, Feb 14. Replying to Spanish protests, Germa* offered to intern at Pola for the duration of the war the submarine which fled to Cadiz. The Spanish Press indignantly denounced the offer as a burlesque mockery and insult.
