The extraordinary advance in the value of dairy products is bound to be a factor in attracting subscribers to the issue of debenture stock in the Kaiipokonul Co-opera-tive Dairy Factory, Ltd., particulars of which are advertised in this issue. The company is issuing £70,000 worth of "A" debenture stock in sums of £IOO, and multiples, which will bear interest at the rate of 74 per cent. Subscribers will have the option of having the debentures for terms of six, eight, or 10 years.
