Tilden and Johnston, the 1919 National Singles champion, will play off the final for the 1920 title on Monday. There is considerable agitation for the inclusion of Vincent Richards, a 17-year-old tennis marvel, in the American Davis Cup team. Richards, although eliminated by Tilden in the championship tournament, has been playing superlatively good tennis this season.
