DEFIANT WAZIRIS.
BOMBED BY THE BRITISH. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (A. & N.Z.) ALLAHABAD, Oct. 29. Three British airplanes raided Wana, in Waziristan on October 28. The machines started in the dark by the aid of flares, reaching Wana at early dawn. A large number of explosives and incendiary bombs were dropped. All the airmen returned safely. Parties of Muhsuds and Waziris were discerned, probably bent on a raiding expedition.
