TO ENSURE PEACE.
DIVISION OF THE WORLD. <A. & N.Z.) NEW YORK, March 3. Mr Nicholas Murray Butler, the noted publicist, advocates the division of the world into three administrative areas, North and Sputh America forming one; Europe, Africa and the parts of Asia nearest thereto the second; and Australasia, with the Orient, the third. The object of this division would be to obviate the present dangers of Monroeism being overruled through Paris covenants.
