KELBURN RAID CASES.

A NEW DEVELOPMENT. Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 19. There has been a new development in the Kelburn raid ease. His Honour Mr Justice Hosking today granted a rule nisi calling on Mr S. E. McCarthy, S.M., and Constable Tricklebank to show cause why they should not be prohibited from further proceeding on the conviction of Winifred Olson. The ground for the application was that OJsen was convicted of residing in a house of ill-fame, whereas the charge against her was of assisting in the management of such a house. The application is in addition to the appeals, already lodged on behalf of Olseu and Griffin.
