LAND SALES. CANTERBURY COLLEGE LEASES. Three leases of Canterbury College Reserves were sold by the Craddock, McCrostie Company, Ltd., in their, land sale rooms yesterday. The reserves * are situated at Rolleston, Springston, and Tipapa, and there was good competition from the large attendance. Sales were effected as follow, the price quoted being the annual rental in each case:— \ Per acre £ s. d. Instructed by the District Deputy Public Trustee, a property situated at No. 214 Oxford Terrace, comprising 20p and 60ft frontage, with house of six rooms, was sold to Mr E. W. Hall for £. r >'Jo, subject to approval of the trustee. A three-roomed house on a half-acre section, situated in Mobray Street, was offered on account of Mrs F. E. Maddren, but was passed in at £330.
