SPIES IN BUCHAREST.
INCLUDE PALACE SERVANTS. Renter's Telegrims ROME, December 6. The "Giornale d'ltalia," says that there were GO(K) German spies in Bucharest when the war stalled. Many were arrested, and others were interned on the morning when war was declared. The King has ordered the arrest and trial by court-martial of all the palace servants.
