SERBIANS ADVANCING IN MACEDONIA.
LATEST GAINS STUBBORNLY RETAINED. GUNS AND TRENCH MORTARS TAKEN. High Commissioner's Cuble. LONDON, December 5 (3.15 p.m.). A French official communique states:—Eastwards of the Cerna, the Serbians, following Sunday's success, reached the borders of Staravina. All enemy counter-attacks were repulsed with sanguinary losses. During Sunday and Monday the Allies captured five cannon and three trench mortars.
Northwards of Paralovo, the French and Serbians made equal progress.
