TO BE SENT BACK FOR GERMAN CONSUMPTION. (Received December b'. 11.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, December 5. A Berlin dispatch claims that the Rumanians lost 25.000 men between November 29 and December 3. The Germans occupy 45,000 square kilometres of territory, while the Alt Valley contains numerous herds and great stores of grain, which will be converted to the use of the German people as soon as possible.
