DILUTION OF LABOUR.
SHIPBUILDERS AGREE. A. and A'.Z. Cable Association and Rtuter. LONDON, November 23. Representatives of the Engineering and Shipbuilding Trade Unions, after an address by the Government Labour Adviser, agreed to recommend members to accept an extension of the principle of dilution of labour to private commercial work, subject to safeguards, and the restitution of trade union conditions after the war.
