"BOTTLE, OH!"

The children of the Waikari School have for somo time past been touring the district in search of bottles. Bottles have been delivered at the school every day, and Maori kits, sugar bags, hand carts, gigs, and motor ears have been employed to convey them. Much to the satisfaction of the teachers, and the delight of the children, the total number exceeded all expectations. Ninetynine crates were railed to Christchurch, consisting of 3924 bottles. The district, is now quite cleaned out of bottles, and no bottle ohs need visit then' for some time to come.
