Mr Ralsillc, a wireless expert, stated that he has proved conclusively that rain can be stimulated by electrical means. His experiments proved that at least a 30 per cenL stimulation can be maintained. He emphasised that he did not claim that his method would produce ra«n. It could only stimulate light falls.
