(a) That such death or loss result within 30 days after the accident. (b) In the event of any dispute between tha holder and Th« San as to whether snch disablement renders the bolder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, It is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by The San, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties.
