There was n hirjre attendance of the lojral fraternity at the Supreme Court to-day, including the Attorney-General, who delivered a striking address as a tribute to the memory of the late Sir Joshua Williams. He referred to his wide knowledge of the law and his high intellectual gifts, and as a just and upright .Judge, a high-principled English gentleman, and a distinguished citizen of the Empire. The Chief Justice said the late Judge set an example not only to the Bench and Bar, but to the whole people of the Dominion. The speakers also expressed sympathy with the bereaved family.
