FIRST DEFINITE STEP. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received January 31, 10.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 31. The first definite step has been taken in the city railway scheme. All the tenants whose properties it is intended to resume have been notified to quit, and the demolition will commence in March.
