GERMAN PRESS VIEWS. LONDON, January 3. The "Kolnische Zeitung" says:— "Compulsion threatens to split the British Empire by causing domestic strife." The "Frankfurter Zeitung" says:— "The British acknowledge that their salvation lies only in the introduction of the militarism which they are trying to crush in Germany."
