A GERMAN WARNING.
RUSSIANS' SWIFT ADVANCE IN EASTERN GALICIA. PETItOGRAD, October 22. The Germans have informed the people of Mitau that unless Riga is captured they will raze all the towns and villages in their line of retreat. The Germans, near Eekau, lost 30 kilometres of trendies, and their casualties totalled 18,000. The Russians in Eastern Galicia are advancing rapidly.
