SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
The monthly meeting of the Sunnier School Committee was held last night, the following members being present: — Mrs Ferguson, Messrs Laurenson, Lang, K. Bassett, and I>. Lumsden (chairman). The headteacher \s report showed a roll of L'.'H), with an average attendance for the March quarter of 195, a record for that period. During that time 40 were admitted and 22 withdrawn. The matter of the teachers' cloak-room was further dealt with. It was decided to approach the Board of Education agaiu with regard to a combustion stove for the coming wi'-ter.
