A sensational legitimacy case ha 3 been commenced in the High Court, involving the well-known Slingsby estates, Knaresborough. y Charles Slingsby is seeking to establish the legitimacy of Teddy, his four-year-old sou.- • His two brothers assert, that the mother was living in British Colombia, and she went to San Fran-, cisco, where her child was still-born. She advertised and secured Teddy, and
foistered him upon Charles Slingsby.
