MR B. BUNN. Air B. Bumi, Govenimeiit. candidate for Riccarton, addressed a meeting at Kirweo on Thursday evening, Mr .7. N. Lawrey presiding. He claimed that nearly all the proposals in the policy of Sir Joseph Ward were already being put into effect by the Government. A vote of thanks was passed on the motion of Air S. Robertson, seconded by Mr R. Fin lay. ;
