DISASTROUS FIRE.
Press Association. ■<"... DUNEDIN, November 28. ' , A valuable homestead at the Moerald Station, containing twelve rooms,.was destroyed by fire at 4.30 this morning. It was owned by the New Zealand-Aus-tralian Land Company/ About'.£loo worth of furniture was saved.. The insurance is not ascertainable, but the loss will be very heavy. The servants lost everything, one escaping in her night clothes. There was a very heavy gale at the time of the outbreak.
