THE FRENCHMAN WINS; GERMANS IN SEARCH OF CASH. (Received November 28, 8.50 a.m.) PARIS, November 2i. •A French monoplane forced a German aeroplane flying over Clairmarais, near Saint Omer,' to descend, and the two airmen, in it were captured. Swiss banks, on behalf of Germans, are attempting to cash in Paris millions of francs worth of bank notes, which have beou pillaged or received as indemnities.' • ■ Many, of them are partly burned and blobd-stained. The French banks are refusing the request.
