Mr Stevens, M.P., announces- that evidence has reached him that Germans fomented the Komagata Maru incident, in which Hindus from India defied the Canadian authorities, and that they incited Canadian Hindus against the British Government. OTTAWA, November 26.
Several wealthy gentlemen have subscribed a sum for the formation of a machine-gun battery for presentation to England. ~
