THE SHELLING OF ZEEBBTTOGE. •■ ;• [WHOLE PORT AFLAME. .ROTTERDAM, November 26. A Dutch eye-witness of the bonv' bardment of Zeebrugge states that not a British shell missed. After two hours' shelling, tho whole port was aflame. The gas-holders and petrol tanks exploded. The mole was partly destroyed. The first shot exploded in the dry dock amongst Germans working at the submarines, and killed seventeen men and wounded mlany others. BERNE, November 20. At a review at Belfort, the Governor presented the Legion of Honour to Flight Commander J. T. Babington and - Flight - Lieutenant S. V. Sippe, of the Royal Nayal Air Service.
