ADDITIONAL "SUBSCRIPTIONS.
The executive of the fund wish to express their sincere thanks to the president and committee of the Canterbury A. and P. Association, for permission to allow a tent for the purpose of the fund to be erected in the Show Grounds. ■ The goods have been ship--pfiJLonthe Rotorua:—ls cases clothing, 9 casesliacon, and 15 sacks wheat. I WOMEN' SCOMMITTEE. The following donations have been received:—Mrs. J. Boag, jun., Brookside, 1 sack of clothing; H. Acton-Adams, 1 sack; Little Akaloa, 1 case; Mrs Reid, Elderslie, 2 cases; aiso parcels from Mrs Hodgson, Anonymous (per Yere and Son), and two other anonymous donors. At the Rangiora Show yesterday, Mr C. H. Ensor told the secretary that he intended to give all his prize ; money to the Britain and Belgium Fund. He said that he woud follow this course at the shows where he exhibited, and he thought that possibly other exhibitors might like to do similarly and help on a worthy cause. ■ | BELGIUM RELIEF FUND. i ADDITIONAL DONATIONS. I Mr Cyril J. Ward, Acting-Consul for Belgium at Christchurch, acknowledges with thanks the following donations for remittance to the Belgian authorities:—
Included in Greymouth f s contribution the sum of £144 15/6 was realised from sale of button-holes on Labour Day and £46 3/- represents the proceeds of a ball given in Greymouth on October 27. METHVEN PATRIOTIC FUND. The following additional subscriptions have been received by the Methven Patriotic Committee towards the New Zealand Patriotic Fund:— Amount already acknowledged £523 8/10, Methveh State School salo patriotic songs 4/6, P.
