To put out the balance of her New York cargo, the A. and A. Line's chartered steamer Indralema is expected to sail from Wellington on Tuesday afternoon for Lyttelton and Dunr cdin. Holiday celebrations in Australia were responsible for delaying the sailing of the Huddart-Parker Company's Riverina from Sydney, and she did not get away for Auckland until 1 p.m. on Thursday. She is due in Auckland to-day, one day late. With 876 tons of transhipments ex the ©ernian steamer Wildenfels, the HuddartParker steamer Victoria is due at Wellington from Sydney direct this morning. She is du« at Lyttelton fo'-morrow or Wednesday. Late yesterday afternoon the Shaw, Savill .and Albion liner Tainui arrived at Lytteltor from Wellington. She has about 1000 tons ol London cargo to put out here before proceed ing on to Auckland and Wellington for Home -ivrd loading. Her stay here will be of aboul 11 days' duration. The Himitangi will arrive from Wellingtor to-morrow morning, and will leave on <h< return trip in the evening with a full load. " Captain D. McLean, who has been oi holiday leave, has rejoined the Maheho, ant Captain Stevens is awaiting instructions. Mj J. B. Smith, purser of the Atua, who hat been on holiday leave, rejoins his vessel a Sydney. Bound for, Wellington and Lyttelton, tin Huddart-Parker Company's intercolonia steamer Ulimaroa sailed from Sydney at 1.4< p.m. on Friday. She is bringing 315 passen gers and 1300 tons of cargo to land at Wei Hngton, where she is due on Tuesday morn Ing, and at Lyttelton on Thursday. Intimation has been received of the arriva at San Francisco on Thursday last of tin Union Company's R.M.S. Moana, from Wei i Hngton, via Rarotonga and Papeete. Tin vessel left Wellington on September 17, am was due at Papeete two days after the boni bardment of that town by the Germai cruisers. Her arrival at 'Frisco was one da; late. On Saturday morning the Work of discharg ing.'the guano cargo .from the Norwegiai barque Activ, which has been in Lytteltoi ; since September 16, was completed. probably take her departure from Lyttelton for Newcastle on Wednesday. It is possible that on arrival there she will load again for this port. ; A Russian .barque (name not cabled) has arrived at Sydney, 120 days out from Hudiksnall. She did not speak any vessel, and Ihose on board were unaware of the war. To-raorrow the Wootton is due at Lyttelton again from Wellington, and loads for Wellington and Nydia Bay, sailing in the evening or Wednesday morning. The Himitangi returns from Wellington tomorrow, departing the same day for the northern port. According to advice received by the Union Steam Ship Company the Poherua, from Westport, passed Stephens Island at 6 a.m. to-day. The Rosamond is expected to get away from Greymouth for Lyttelton to-night. Bad weather on the Coast has delayed the departure of the Opouri from Greymouth, but she is expected to. get away to-night for Lyttelton,* returning on Thursday.
