General Kragojevats, in a message, states that the Anstro-Hungarians have evacuated the Sanjak of Novibazar. GALLANT BELGIUM. TRIBUTE IN THE COMMONS. ADDRESS-TO KING ALBERT ADOPTED. (Received August 28, 11.55 a.m.) » LONDON, August 27. Mr A&quith, in moving an address to King Albert, of Belgium, said the Belgians had unflinchingly faced the horrors of irruption, spoliation, and* outrage and against incalculable odds had stubbornly arrested the onrush, in wave after wave, of gigantic overwhelming forces. The defence of Liege would remain aii inspiring chapter in history, lie added: "We are proud of their alliance." Mr Bonar Law paid a similar tribute. Mr Redmond said that there was no sacrifice Irishmen would not make to assist the Belgians. The motion was unanimously carried. Lord Crewe, in the House of Lords, moved an address of sympathy with Belgium similar to that of the Commons.
