The first round of the Senior Championship was played on Tuesday, resulting, a# under:—Wood beat "Miss "Moore, -Mis* Cracroft Wilson beat Mrs Freeth, Mfs l/onaid w.on by default from Miss A. Humphreys, Miss Gowlishaw beat Miss Symonds. Miss Wilkin beat Mrs Vernon, Miss- Fisher -bent • Miss Helmore, Miss Chrystall beat Mrs Syi monds, Miss Campbell beat Miss P. Anderson 1 up at the twenty-first hole. The second round was played, yesterday, when Miss Cracroft Wilson beat Miss Wood, 2up and 1 to play; Miss Cowlishaw Donald, who retired at the ninth hole; Mis* j Wilkin beat Miss Fisher, 1 up at the ninej teentli hole; Miss Campbell beat Miss CUry® ' install, 5 up and 4 to play. The semi-finals will be played to-day.
