LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
MEETING OF EXECUTIVE. "The Management Committee of the Canterbury Rugby League met last ►evening, Mr D. Buchanan presiding. There were also present: Messrs L. F. Simpson, H. Boyns, R. J. Stirling, W. Moyle, and C. H. B. Poore. The Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association forwarded the agreement with the Defenee Department, regarding the Addington Show Grounds, and stating that the rights of the League to play its matches there had been conserved. It was decided that the. projected of, the junior representatives to Wellington be . abandoned... It was decided that the final of the junior championship be played on the Show Grounds next Saturday.
