The following forecast was issued by the Government Meteorologist, Wellington, at 9 a.m. to-day for the. ensuing 24 hours: — The. indications are for easterly winds, moderate to stiyjig. There is- a prospect of fair to cloudy Aveather, but at times expect dull weather, with much* mist and fog in parts. The barometer has little movement, but will fall after abont 24 hours.
