MILLION MEN ON FRONTIER.
ARMY FROM ALGERIA. BELGIANS CAPTURE PRISONERS. PARIS, August 14. The French are bringing an army corps from Algeria, making twenty-two army corps, which, with the Belgians three, will make a million men on the frontier, as compared with twenty-five German army corps and two Austrian. The Algerians include the famous Turcos sharpshooters, who will be remembered for their reckless bayonet charges in Upper Alsace in 1870.
